Three-Fourths Guarantee:
We guarantee to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths (75%) of the workdays of the total contract period, beginning with the first workday after the worker’s arrival at the place of employment or the advertised start date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the contract expiration date or approved extension, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence:
If the worker completes 50 percent of the contract period, we will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the contract period, or if the worker is dismissed earlier, we will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence to the place from which the worker departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where we have properly reported voluntary abandonment of employment. Transportation reimbursement will be at the most economical and reasonable common carrier rate for the distances involved.
Daily Transportation:
Daily transportation to and from the worksite will not be provided.

We will provide, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the assigned duties.
